Independent owner representation grounded in real-world construction experience.
I bring over 25 years of experience in construction, building envelope systems, and complex capital improvement projects throughout Hawaiʻi. I began my career in the field as a Union Local 221 roofer and waterproofer, and that hands-on foundation continues to shape how I approach every project which is grounded in real-world conditions, not theory.
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked from the tools to leadership, with experience spanning field installation, forensic evaluation, construction management, exterior restoration, structural repair, and waterproofing systems across condominium (AOAO), hospitality, commercial, and ultra high-end residential projects.
Today, I provide independent owner’s advisory, construction management, third-party review, and project coordination services for technically complex projects. I help owners understand existing building conditions, develop clear and actionable scopes, align project teams early, and guide projects from planning through construction and closeout with a disciplined, transparent approach.
I bridge the gap between ownership, consultants, and contractors bringing clarity where there is ambiguity, structure where there is fragmentation, and practical, experience-driven insight where projects often lose direction. My perspective is shaped by decades of seeing how systems are actually built, where they fail, and what it takes to make them perform in Hawaiʻi’s demanding environment.
I’m committed to strong collaboration, clear communication, and delivering projects that are well-defined, well-coordinated, and built to last.
